Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. CI Motorsports is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty.
 
Returns & Cancellations:
At CI Motorsports, customer satisfaction is our number one objective. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, or if your order is incomplete or damaged, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will work with you to remedy the situation.!!

Return/Cancellation/Exchange Terms:

1. All cancellations and returns must be authorized by CI Motorsports, please read below to see where you fit in..

2. If you cancel any order you will be subjected to a 3% cancelation charge. The credit card companies charge us to process your payment, so we in turn pass the charge to you when processing all refunds. This charge does not apply to PayPal payments.
 
3. All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, If an items packaging is open, item is used, or 15 days have passed since products were received the item can no longer be returned for a cash refund.  We however will offer store credit on items for up to 30 days past purchase date. If we have made a shipping error we will honor a full refund/exchange.
 
4. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OPENED/ USED/ MODIFIED/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS PERIOD!

5. NO RETURNS ON: Electronics, turbocharger's, clutch kits, body parts, fuel system components, and engine internals.  All custom machine shop work such as heads, blocks, turbos, and manifolds cannot be canceled once work is started on them. These are custom built items for you so please be considerate.

7SPECIAL ORDERS: Due to the integration of several systems and processes across multiple departments special orders cannot be canceled or exchanged except in very limited circumstances.  

A fee will apply to special order cancellations, typically these are charges a vendor may charge us for canceling an order. Fees range from 6%-25% of the original price. Special Order Items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective. We can offer exchanges on all defective items thru the manufacturer.

8. Refunds take 24-48 hours for us to process.  If order was paid with a major credit card you will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post back to your account.  PayPal refunds are instant but we still need time to process your order refund.
 

Address Verification:
 We verify all transactions made through our payment processor.  Your credit card billing address must be up to date and match or your payment will decline. If paying with PayPal we prefer you to have a confirmed address, if you do not have a confirmed address your order may be held until we can confirm the payment and details provided are legitimate. 

International orders:
We accept all forms of payment. Customer is responsible for all customs , duties and taxes upon receiving shipments.  We cannot alter the value to avoid these additional fees imposed.
 

Processing Time:
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are available and there are no problems with payment verification. CI Motorsports does offer same day shipping on most in stock items.

 

Special Order Items:

If the product page says "Special Order" that means we do not physically have that product in any of our warehouse locations. This means we will have to order the product directly from the vendor before we can ship it out to you. 

In some situations the vendor may have the item in stock at which point we can then just drop ship it directly to you. However, there are times when the vendor may be completely out of an item and it will take more time to get the order to you.

If there is a delay in your order, we will reach out to quickly to let you know what the estimated time of shipment will be.  We always recommend to check with us prior to placing a special order to check shipping times and availability on items.


Order Processing/Tracking:
Tracking numbers are distributed by email at the end each business day. We request your patience when placing an online order; we will send tracking information as soon as it becomes available. In our fast-paced modern society, it is difficult to realize at times that orders can only move at the speed of man.


Shipping:
As a customer, you are welcome to call or email to check stock and availability before ordering. Our website shows real time inventory and is updated hourly to reflect stock numbers on hand. We will normally ship in stock items the same day or the following UNLESS it is noted to be a 'special order item' or a longer time frame is noted on webpage for the product. Orders sometimes ship from multiple locations for the sake of speed and convenience, therefore you may receive parts of your order at separate times.


Purchase Agreement:
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from CI Motorsports, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed above. You and CI Motorsports agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and CI Motorsports. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from CI Motorsports.
