1. General Terms
By placing an order or accessing the CI Motorsports website (the “Site”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CI Motorsports reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Prices, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. CI Motorsports is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
2. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. For international customers, mandatory local consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law) may also apply where applicable.
3. Purchase Agreement & Payments

Verification: All transactions are verified through our payment processor. Billing addresses must match the address on file with your credit card issuer.

Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. For international orders, any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after payment processing but prior to shipment are subject to a 3% Merchant Processing Fee. This represents the non-refundable costs charged by credit card processors and does not apply to PayPal transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours for in-stock items.

International Orders: Customers are the "Importer of Record" and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country. We cannot understate the declared value on customs documents.

Address Accuracy: CI Motorsports is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery for new, unopened products.

Return Method: All returns must be authorized and sent by mail with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

Item Condition: We accept returns for New and Unopened items only. Returns are not accepted on used, installed, or modified products.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, CI Motorsports will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items: Electronics, fuel system components, engine internals, and custom machine work are final sale.
6. Special Order Items
Products marked “Special Order” are sourced directly from the manufacturer. These items cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order is placed with the vendor. Vendor-enforced cancellation fees (typically 6%–25%) may apply if a cancellation is granted.
7. Liability Disclaimer
CI Motorsports, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the installation, use, or performance of any products sold.

Inspection: The buyer assumes full responsibility for inspecting parts for defects prior to installation. Installation signifies acceptance of the product's condition.

Installation: Professional installation is highly recommended. CI Motorsports is not responsible for labor charges, towing, or consequential expenses related to product use or failure.

Off-Road Use: Some products are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal for use on public roads. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with local emissions and safety regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CI Motorsports and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
