By placing an order or accessing the CI Motorsports website (the “Site”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CI Motorsports reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Prices, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice.

1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. For international customers, mandatory local consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law) may also apply where applicable.

2. Purchase Agreement & Payments

• Verification: Billing addresses must match the address on file with your credit card issuer.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the customer's responsibility.
• Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 3% Merchant Processing Fee (waived for PayPal). Orders canceled after reaching the "Pulling & Packing" stage are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• International Orders: Customers are the "Importer of Record" and responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• Refused Shipments: Refused or undeliverable orders will be processed as standard returns. Original shipping, return freight, and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Hazardous Materials: Hazardous items are restricted to Ground Shipping within the contiguous US and are strictly non-returnable.

4. Return & Refund Policy Highlights

• 0–15 Days: Eligible for cash refund to original payment method (less 3% merchant fee).
• 16–30 Days: Eligible for store credit only.
• Condition: Returns are accepted for New and Unopened items only; installed or modified products are non-returnable.

5. Fitment & Compatibility (The "AI Disclaimer")

Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to verify that parts ordered are compatible with their specific vehicle.

• AI Recommendations: Recommendations from third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) are frequently inaccurate. CI Motorsports does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated advice.
• Verification: Customers must utilize the Year/Make/Model tools provided on the Site. Fitment errors resulting from AI-generated advice or customer selection are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Special Order Items

Special Order items cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order is placed with the vendor. A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required, which is forfeited if the order is canceled by the buyer.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Inspection: The buyer must inspect parts for defects prior to installation; installation signifies acceptance.
• Installation: Professional installation is recommended. CI Motorsports is not responsible for labor, towing, or consequential expenses.
• Off-Road Use: Some products are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal for public roads.
