Price, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. CI Motorsports is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order or accepting delivery of any product from CI Motorsports, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by all terms and conditions listed herein. CI Motorsports reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them each time you place an order.

Returns & Cancellations

At CI Motorsports, customer satisfaction is our number one objective. If you receive a product that is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return / Cancellation / Exchange Policy

1. Authorization Required: All cancellations and returns must be authorized by CI Motorsports prior to shipment.
2. Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after payment processing are subject to a 3% cancellation fee (credit card processor fee). This fee does not apply to PayPal payments.
3. 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unopened products. Once packaging is opened, the item is used, or 30 days have passed, the product is no longer eligible for a cash refund. Store credit may be issued up to 30 additional days at our discretion.
4. No Returns on Used or Modified Items: Returns will not be accepted on any opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged products.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Electronics, turbochargers, clutch kits, body panels, fuel system components, and engine internals are non-returnable. Custom machine work (e.g., heads, blocks, turbos, manifolds) cannot be canceled once work has begun.
6. Special Orders: Special order items cannot be canceled or exchanged once placed except under limited circumstances. Vendor cancellation fees may apply (typically 6%–25% of the item price). Exchanges on defective special-order items are handled directly through the manufacturer.
7. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Credit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to post. PayPal refunds are instant once processed on our end.

Address Verification

All transactions are verified through our payment processor. Your billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuer. Unverified or mismatched PayPal addresses may cause order delays while we confirm legitimacy.

International Orders

We accept international orders. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot alter or understate the declared value on customs documents.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, provided the items are available and payment has cleared. Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day. Orders may ship from multiple warehouses for faster delivery.

Tracking numbers are emailed once shipments leave our facility. Please allow time for carriers to update tracking information.

Special Order Items

Products marked “Special Order” are not stocked in our warehouse and must be sourced directly from the vendor. Availability may vary depending on vendor stock levels.

If an item is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an estimated ship date. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability and lead times.

Purchase Agreement

By completing a purchase with CI Motorsports, the customer agrees that:

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Any attempt by the customer to alter or supplement these terms is null and void.
• CI Motorsports reserves the right to amend, correct, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
