Refund policy
1. Authorization
All cancellations and returns must be authorized by CI Motorsports before any items are shipped back to our facility. Please contact us to begin the return process.
2. Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs charged by credit card networks.

Note: This fee does not apply to orders paid via PayPal.
3. Return Eligibility & Timelines

Cash Refunds: Eligible items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Store Credit: Items returned between 16 and 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Errors: If we have made a shipping error, we will honor a full refund or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
4. Condition Requirements
We do not accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, modified, or damaged. All returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Electronics, Fuel System Components, and Engine Internals.

Turbochargers, Clutch Kits, and Body Parts.

Custom Services: Custom machine shop work (including heads, blocks, turbos, and manifolds) cannot be canceled or refunded once work has commenced.

Special Orders: Special order items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Defective special order items will be handled via exchange through the manufacturer.
6. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 24–48 hours.

Major Credit Cards: Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

PayPal: These refunds are processed by our team and are typically available in your account instantly thereafter.
