General Return Policy (Applies to All Returns)

Authorization Required: All cancellations and returns must be authorized by CI Motorsports prior to shipment. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items back.
No Returns on Used or Modified Items: Returns will not be accepted on any opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged products. Items must be in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Electronics, turbochargers, clutch kits, body panels, fuel system components, and engine internals are non-returnable. Custom machine work (e.g., heads, blocks, turbos, manifolds) cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Special Orders: Special order items cannot be canceled or exchanged once placed except under limited circumstances. Vendor cancellation fees may apply (typically 6%–25% of the item price). Exchanges on defective special-order items are handled directly through the manufacturer.

Domestic Returns (United States)

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy on all new, unopened products. Once packaging is opened, the item is used, or 30 days have passed, the product is no longer eligible for a cash refund. Store credit may be issued up to 30 additional days at our discretion.
Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after payment processing are subject to a 3% cancellation fee (credit card processor fee). This fee does not apply to PayPal payments.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. CI Motorsports is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Process:

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Credit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to post. PayPal refunds are instant once processed on our end.

International Returns

Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase at the original exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the customer's responsibility.
Customs and Duties: Returned items may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
