1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and the destination address. All orders are reviewed for accuracy; we reserve the right to contact you regarding adjustments due to technical errors or specific carrier restrictions before processing.

2. Worldwide Shipping

We offer global shipping with available carriers displayed at checkout. Please be aware of the following international regulations:

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their local government. These are not included in our shipping rates.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or declined by customs, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return freight or storage fees billed to CI Motorsports will be deducted from the product refund.
• Hazardous Restrictions: Items classified as hazardous (liquids, batteries, etc.) cannot be shipped internationally and will be removed from international orders.

3. Shipping & Handling Times

• Handling: We aim to ship in-stock parts the same day. Our daily Shipping Cut-Off Time is 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Transit: Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier at checkout. Please note that international transit estimates do not include potential customs delays.

4. Oversize & Heavy Items

Items exceeding standard carrier limits (e.g., over 70 lbs or 60" in length) may incur additional handling fees or require Truck Freight (LTL). For LTL shipments, we will provide a final shipping quote and delivery instructions prior to dispatch.

5. Hazardous Materials

Hazardous items (including Antifreeze, Batteries, Brake Fluid, Paint, or Oil) are restricted to Ground Shipping only within the contiguous United States.

• Due to safety regulations, all hazardous materials are strictly non-returnable.
