Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the package weight, dimensions, and destination address. You can estimate the cost on the product page before you order. At checkout you will see the available carriers, the price, and the carrier’s estimated transit time.

An order may ship from more than one location, so parts can arrive in separate packages at different times.

Every order is checked before it ships. If a rate, address, or carrier restriction needs a correction, we will contact you before the order goes out.

When Orders Ship

CI Motorsports is a small independent specialty retailer. We do not guarantee same-day shipping.

• In-stock orders with cleared payment, received by 5:00 PM EST on a business day, are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.
• Tracking is emailed when it is available, usually at the end of the business day the order ships.
• Transit time is the carrier’s estimate from checkout. International estimates do not include customs delays.
• A wait of up to 2 business weeks (10 days) for an in-stock or short-backorder item is acceptable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
• An online order backordered longer than 2 weeks is canceled automatically, unless the item is a special order or the product page shows a longer timeframe.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide with the carriers shown at checkout.

• Customs and duties: The customer pays all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country. Those charges are not included in our shipping rates.
• Refused or returned by customs: Original shipping is not refunded. Return freight or storage fees billed to CI Motorsports are deducted from the product refund.
• Hazardous items cannot ship outside the United States and are removed from international orders.

Oversize and Truck Freight

An oversize fee applies when any of these are true: total weight over 70 lbs, a box 60 inches long or more, or two sides of the box 30 inches or more.

Items too large or heavy for UPS or FedEx ship by truck freight (also called LTL, less than truckload). We send a final shipping quote and delivery instructions before an LTL shipment goes out.

Hazardous Materials

Some parts are classified as hazardous. In most cases they ship ground only, and only within the contiguous United States. They cannot ship overseas. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Antifreeze
• Batteries, and items that contain batteries
• Brake fluid
• Chemical strippers
• Fire extinguishers
• Paint
• Solvents
• Oil

Some state and local laws prohibit the sale or shipment of certain items. Hazardous materials are not returnable, except where the law requires it or we confirm a manufacturing defect. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return freight on an authorized return. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the item received is a different part number than the one purchased, or the item is defective. Do not ship a return until you have a written RMA number. Full rules are in the Return & Refund Policy.
