Hamburger's Performance SINGLE Remote Oil Filter Base; Fits PH3786; Flows Left to Right- Billet Aluminum 3403
This single, remote oil filter base is CNC machined by Hamburger's Performance Products in their Whittier, California manufacturing facility, and is so reliable, Hamburger's Performance backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.
Hamburger's remote oil filter bases are a must have for custom projects, such as, engine swaps and chassis modifications, that require the oil filter be removed from the block and relocated elsewhere. This unit is durable enough for marine or all-out competition use, and the dense billet aluminum material makes it ideal for diesel engines.
To accommodate the endless list of possible obstacles created during custom car build, Hamburger's is regularly introducing new options and design styles to its oil filtration component line. This model is configured for Left-To-Right oil flow, keeping the unit and inlet/outlet oil lines inline, to maintain a low profile along a fenderwell, framerail or firewall.
Engine oil enters through the left side of the unit, travels through the filter, and exits out the right side port on the unit. Large -12AN inlet and outlet ports means all Hamburger's oil filter bases and bypasses can provide ample flow to meet the needs of any car, truck or race engine. An 1/8" NPT instrumentation port has been built into the unit for pressure or temperature gauge. 1/8 in. NPT PLUG NOT INCLUDED.
The unit uses a Fram PH3786, Mobil M1-601, Motorcraft FL-1995, NAPA 1734, STP S3786, WIX 51734, or equivalent oil filter with a 1-1/2"-16 thread size, 3.75" diameter seal, and bypass setting that matches your engine's factory filter setting.
Requires a pair of oil lines and bypass adapter to complete the installation. If you do not already have these items, Hamburger's offers this base as part of complete filter relocation system that includes a filter bypass adapter, Gates hoses, fittings, ferules and the remote base.
CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, and includes a 1-1/2"-16 nipple.
