Failing to do so will result in an unsafe vehicle.If installing these shafts with an OE steering box, you may need to trim the pin on the input shaft for U-joint clearance.Loctite 242, extra grease, and a torque wrench are highly recommended!!!For 1978-1981 Camaro/Firebird, you will need a 3/4" DD-to-DD U-joint to adapt to the column side.
