This replacement exhaust head ‘Y' pipe fits 76-78 CJ7 models equipped with 5.0-liter engines and manual transmissions. Features aluminized construction, a 3.25- in. 2-bolt input flange, a 4-bolt welded output flange and a 34.75- in. overall length. Replaces OE 5355039
