Finished with ceramic coating which not only looks great, but also reduces radiant heat emissions by as much as 40%, resulting in cooler under hood temperatures. This silencer reduces weight by 14.8 pounds on 2012-16 models and reduces weight by 13 lbs on 2017 models. ERA 2014 Silencing Technology. SLP tested and passed SAE J-2567 stationary sound test below 88 decibels. This silencer is not compatible with SLP Single Pipe. No ECU Modification is required. High temperature silicone sealer (SLP Part #090-24) required for installation.
